The white tea base is a revelation. Just the right touch of liquorice and hibiscus. Nice counterpoint to our usual cold brew blends like coconut cherry bliss and fruits of the forage. "I picked this beauty up on a trip to Edinburgh last year, and it’s become one of my favourite Bird & Blend teas. It really does capture the nostalgic flavour of traditional Edinburgh Rock sweets without being overly sweet. It’s smooth, fruity, and has a lovely creamy candy finish that’s unique while still tasting like a proper cup of tea. I’ve actually fallen in love with it as a cold brew. I steep it overnight, then mix it with a splash of lemonade, and it’s incredibly refreshing, perfect for warm weather. If you’re looking for something a little different that brings a taste of Edinburgh to your cup, I can’t recommend this blend enough!"

- Hi there! Unless stated otherwise in the list on our allergens page, the majority of our tea blends do not have sugar intentionally added to them - this tea (Edinburgh Rock) has no sugar as an ingredient! Anna @ B&B
